END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the software platform provided by Shiftlead ("us", "we", or "our"). By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform. This license does not allow you to use the platform on any device that you do not own or control.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
a. Distribute, transfer, or sublicense the platform to any third party;
b. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the platform;
c. Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the platform.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to us. You agree not to infringe upon our intellectual property rights in any manner.
5. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. TERMINATION
We may terminate this EULA and your access to the platform if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the platform and delete all copies of the platform from your device.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall we be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
9. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
We may change the terms of this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of the platform following notice will indicate your agreement to the new terms.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
