Getting Started is simple. Just sign up by creating an account at: . You will be invited to fill out your profile and begin the onboarding process which involves identity and safety screening. This screening process was *developed* in consultation with the company you are contracting to.

The onboarding process includes 4 steps. Once you have uploaded all your necessary documents the screening process can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days. If a discrepancy is noted in the review process amongst the documents you’ve submitted you will be invited to meet with one of the staff at ShiftLead to clarify or provide additional information.
You will be invited to set up a Stripe account to receive payment. Stripe is a payment gateway like….After your initial payment you will be on a biweekly (every 2 weeks) schedule to receive payments for the shifts you’ve worked. This means you will be paid roughly, around the last day (or first day of the month and then 14-15 days later). Your manager will approve the shifts you’ve worked according to what you’ve signed up for on the platform and attended.
Your first payment will take the longest to be deposited as Stripe is getting connected to your bank and completing financial requirements for —--. This could take anywhere from 3-10 days. After that, depending on the kind of payment method you have set up, payment can be received instantly or up to 5 days.

We will request that you complete a background check based on the jurisdiction where you will be working. Once complete we will ask you to submit your background check documentation to us.
As independent contractors our brand ambassadors (commonly known as 'Shifters') are required to consent to a formal legal agreement with us.
Our team carefully reviews each applicatant that wishes to become a brand ambassador on our platform to ensure a good fit.
